JA RULE FACES JAIL TIME

If you thought we’d reach 2011 without another rapper being sentenced to prison, you were sadly mistaken. We ’ve just learned Ja Rule has pled guilty to a 2007 felony weapons possession charge. He entered a plea agreement that will only require him to serve two years in jail. While he remains free, Ja tweeted that the situation is only “ a minor setback for a major comeback.” It’s still unknown when he’s expected to begin his sentence.
