2 Easy Flat Tummy Exercises You Can Do At Home
Having a flat tummy is a top goal for many women, but it can be a difficult goal to reach sometimes. Many women don’t have the time to go to the gym and this affects their fitness goals. But it doesn’t have to.
You can achieve your fitness goals in the comfort of your home, and even get a flat tummy too. Just do these two exercises regularly and consistently and you’ll be amazed at the results.

1. Sit up
Everybody knows sit-ups work to get a flat tummy, but it’s how you do them that matters. It’s important to do sit-ups with the proper form. Get a yoga mat and lie face up with your knees up. Put your hands behind your head and lift your upper body to your knees while keeping your lower body grounded. The pressure should be on your abdomen not on your neck so if you’re feeling any strain in your neck, you need to adjust your form.

2. Plank
The plank is a major flab eraser and is amazing for getting rid of love handles. Start by getting on all fours with your elbows on the floor. Stretch your legs behind you and lift your body off the ground till your back is straight. Hold this position for one minute and extend the duration gradually. You can also try a side plank for better waist definition.

To get the flat tummy of your dreams, you must also eat healthy and drink water instead of soda. Exercising alone won’t give you the best results.
