The artiste was accused of forcefully having carnal knowledge of Babatayo two years ago, one that has generated controversy on social media.
The musician, however, denied the allegations levelled against him and asked his accuser to make a public apology and also pay him the sum of N100m in damages.

The PUNCH had earlier reported that the Inspector-General of Police, Mohammed Adamu, ordered a probe into the case.
Voicing out his frustration on Monday, the artiste took to his Twitter handle stressing that he is innocent in the case until when proven guilty.
